POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking a manager for Amazon and all our other marketplaces (Walmart, Costco, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc.). This role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of the Amazon platform and other major platforms and who wants to contribute to sales growth. This role requires leadership skills as you will also be supervising a small team.
Working with e-commerce and digital advertising experts, you will be responsible for expanding the reach of our products and improving our brand presence on the world’s largest marketplaces. You will oversee listings and adapt strategies to meet the specific needs of each country where we sell (Europe, the UK, the USA, and Canada) to ensure compliance with local regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of in-depth experience managing an Amazon Seller or Vendor account, with proven success in strategic account growth and operational optimization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon’s services such as SFP, FBA, Amazon Prime, Amazon Global. Knowledge of at least two other major marketplaces is needed.
  • Proficient with Helium 10 or similar tools for keyword research, SEO optimization, and competitive analysis to enhance listing visibility and drive sales on Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Proficiency in marketplace analytics tools to drive sales and improve performance..
  • Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and other marketplaces to ensure they are high quality and SEO-friendly.
  • Monitor and analyze marketplaces metrics, such as sales trends, Buy Box percentages, account health to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure inventory levels are maintained and remain compliant with Amazon’s and other marketplaces’ policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes and opportunities in the Amazon and other platforms, including SFP, FBA, Amazon Prime, and global marketplaces expansions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.
  • Manage and resolve cases with Amazon Seller Support, including listing issues and compliance disputes.
  • Work closely with our digital specialist and implement strategies to increase product visibility and sales through Ads, promotions, and other marketplaces tools (Helium).
