About Our Clients Our client is a growing U.S.-based Amazon FBA private label business focused on identifying, validating, and launching profitable products in competitive marketplaces. The company operates with structured SOPs, clear profitability benchmarks, and a data-driven decision-making process. They are looking for an Amazon FBA Product Research & Sourcing Specialist to independently identify winning product opportunities and execute structured supplier sourcing with strong commercial judgment. Responsibilities Conduct in-depth product research to identify profitable private label opportunities using structured frameworks Validate product demand, competition, pricing trends, seasonality, and differentiation opportunities Perform detailed profitability analysis including COGS, FBA fees, shipping, ROI, and margin projections Utilize Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and Google Sheets/Excel to support research and decision-making Source and communicate with multiple suppliers (e.g., Alibaba) for shortlisted products Compare supplier quotations, MOQs, production timelines, and shipping terms Negotiate pricing and terms to improve landed cost and overall margins Document findings clearly in dashboards and internal templates Attend two weekly meetings (9–10 AM PST) and provide structured updates Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting defined performance benchmarks 3+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon FBA private label product research and sourcing Proven track record supporting or launching products for Amazon brands Demonstrated experience contacting and negotiating with multiple suppliers per product Strong proficiency in Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and Google Sheets/Excel Solid understanding of profitability metrics including ROI, contribution margin, and FBA fee structures Ability to independently evaluate products generating meaningful monthly revenue (e.g., $10K+ range) Strong written English communication skills for supplier negotiations and internal reporting Detail-oriented, structured, and analytical Comfortable working US hours for scheduled meetings (Preferred) Experience working with Amazon brands generating $500K+ in annual revenue (Preferred) Familiarity with compliance checks and product differentiation strategy Competitive USD salary – Earn up to $1,500–$1,800 per month based on experience and performance Remote flexibility – Work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team.
