Parking is what we do, our values are who we are. Overview The Ambassador is a high profile, customer service position. Individuals must be personable and compassionate, as they serve patients and visitors of the Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. In this very visible role, it is vital that the Ambassador maintains a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times. Shift Saturday and Sunday, 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM Responsibilities Work closely with the Parking Manager to provide our client with seamless service and our customers with a positive parking experience. Use tact and professionalism to resolve parking-related issues and concerns. Provide courteous and professional service to guests by: Present neat, clean professional appearance to customers at all times. Always adhere to all uniform/grooming policies Report for work on time as assigned; meet attendance requirements of position Greeting and assisting arriving Patients and Visitors Greeting and assisting exiting Patients and Visitors Retrieve wheelchairs if needed Address customer questions, problems, and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner Give directions to guests as needed as well as information about other parking areas Other duties as assigned by management Benefits $15.00/hour PTO accrual Uniform provided Comprehensive, paid training Rewarding and fun work environment Opportunities for advancement Requirements 18 years of age or older Desire to help others – have a passion for customer service Minimum of one year customer service experience, preferred Able to read, write, comprehend and converse in the English language Physical demands: Ability to work outdoors in variety of weather conditions. Ability to stand for long periods of time. A combination of standing and walking accounts for approximately 90% of shift.
Responsibilities
The Ambassador works closely with the Parking Manager to provide seamless service and a positive parking experience for customers. They greet and assist patients and visitors, address questions and concerns, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
