A day in the life of Ambassador/Demonstrator for The Nostalgia Townlet: * Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Customer Experience. * Ability and expertise to demonstrate all product segments of Nostalgia to our future customers. * Work in a team-selling environment alongside experienced Area Sales Managers, supported by a robust marketing plan. * Maintain inventory of supplies and marketing collateral. * Greet and engage customers, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable. * Tours with small groups of customers. * Register visitors in our CRM system and maintain accurate records. * Answer questions about floorplans, designs, and features. * Showcase the benefits and craftsmanship of the homes. * Ensure signage and marketing materials are current and properly displayed. * Embody and demonstrate the values and vision of Jayman BUILT. What you will bring to the table: * 2+ years in a customer-facing role * Passion for delivering a World-Class Customer Experience * Professional appearance and conduct * High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn * Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities * Team-oriented, dependable, and curious * Excellent communication skills — in person, via email, and over the phone * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook * Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, when buyers are most active.
