Summary We are looking for a Beauty Sales & Education Ambassador (Freelancer) to support Tatcha’s Sales & Education team supporting with Sephora and Ulta retailers. This is a temporary position that offers an exciting and flexible opportunity to drive education and sales activities within a small territory for a luxury skincare brand. We anticipate that this role will be 40 hours per week for 3-4 months (including work on some weekends, evenings, events & holidays). Key Responsibilities Visit assigned Ulta and Sephora doors to: Ensure brand fixtures/displays are fully set and aligned to brand standards Open and track service tickets to resolve merchandising or fixture issues Check shelves for in-stock status and partner with store staff if replenishment is needed Audit and ensure compliance of secondary placements (single- or multi-branded displays), confirming they are stocked, merchandised, and aligned to brand guidelines Clean gondolas, fixtures, and secondary placements as needed to ensure premium brand presentation Take photos of gondolas and fixtures and secondary placements during each visit for reporting purposes Submit timely recap reports after each store visit, including photos and action steps Follow up on open tickets to ensure resolution Partner with store managers and staff to resolve in-store issues and ensure compliance Provide light-touch brand and product education when appropriate, reinforcing awareness of core and hero products to help support advocacy and sell-through Be prepared to assist a customer if approached, providing basic product knowledge Requirements Prior experience in beauty, retail merchandising, or field support strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold luxury brand standards Professional presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confident in sharing high-level brand/product knowledge as needed, without leading formal training sessions Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (required) Ability to travel locally to assigned store locations; flexible scheduling may be required Must have a smartphone for taking photos, submitting reports, and managing communications The Details The expected hourly rate for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
