Description
Provides both first point of contact as well as follow-up coordination of high level patient scheduled services. Responsible to identify and escalate patient scheduling related concerns to Director and facilitate communication to nurse navigators and clinical team on behalf of patient. Assists Director with special projects associated with provider clinic changes including rescheduling patients visits and coordination of all ancillary testing associated with schedule. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Experience 3 years experience in a related role Required General Experience and extensive knowledge of provider schedules and familiarity with scheduling protocols associated with other clinical departments Required Licenses
Responsibilities
