Work Model: Hybrid – 70% remote, 30% travel
Rank: Senior or Manager (based on experience)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background in healthcare, preferably clinical or informatics roles
  • 5+ years in a health-related field
  • 2+ years in large-scale health system implementations (Cerner experience is a big plus)
  • Familiarity with ambulatory care, medicine clinics, and surgical coordination
  • Experience in change management and workflow analysis
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills

EDUCATION:

  • Post-secondary education in healthcare, informatics, or a related field
  • Equivalency may be accepted if the candidate has relevant experience
Responsibilities

This role supports Ambulatory Care design and configuration within the OPOR program. Responsibilities include:

  • Executing strategic goals
  • Engaging with clinicians (doctors, nurses, etc.)
  • Translating Oracle Health (Cerner) system capabilities to stakeholders
  • Reviewing and validating clinical workflows
  • Co-facilitating design sessions with teams
  • Managing change within the organization
  • Collaborating with Oracle consultants
  • Reporting to project leadership
  • Identifying risks and issues
