Make a Difference As an Ambulatory LPN with Touchpoint Senior Living you will float to care facilities in the Indianapolis-area assisting the provider with the plan of care and organizing daily visits to patients with changes in acuity. You will mainly assist with indirect patient care ordering transcription, documentation, and assisting with the reinforcement of patient and family education. Collaborates with other team members to perform other unit services as directed. The Touchpoint Senior Living home office is located at 9894 E. 121st Street in Fishers, IN. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or Graduate from a non-accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience. Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
