Department Occupational Wellness Services Job Summary This leader has accountability and oversight and supervises the daily operations of a designated area within Ambulatory Services division. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring successful completion of individual and teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities in support of departmental and organizational goals. Required Qualifications - Require an associate degree in relevant field. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Will consider additional relevant field experience on a year-for-year basis in lieu of degree requirement. - Require a minimum of three (3) years of relevant field experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Preferred Qualifications - Prefer demonstrated ability in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships. - Prefer demonstrated ability to analyze problems and consistently follow through to solution. - Prefer demonstrated ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment and provide decision-making expertise. - Prefer demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills at all levels. - Prefer demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of group processes, teamwork, and cost-center based management.
