FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Shift 1 Flexible Day Shift: Typically 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. No weekends. No Holidays. Mileage reimbursed for travel between locations, including Sheboygan and Fox Valley. Job Summary: Under the direction of the department manager/ site director, supervises and coordinates staff and activities that support department and site operations. Supports staffing model requirements, identifies and plans for staff education and competency needs and evaluates the work performance of clinic personnel. Participates in the budgeting process and enforces standards for quality and customer service, supporting the organization's strategic priorities. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 2 years of ambulatory or outpatient clinical experience, along with demonstrated informal leadership experience (e.g., peer mentoring, training, precepting, workflow support, or clinical operations) is required. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Graduate of a post high school program that resulted in a technical diploma, certificate, associates or higher degree. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
