We are seeking an experienced ASC Manager to lead our dynamic Ambulatory Surgery Center. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee operations, guide your team, and ensure excellence in patient care. What You’ll Own: Lead the Team: Supervise, motivate, and develop perioperative staff, make the ASC a workplace people love. Master Operations: Manage schedules, workflow, emergencies, supply chains, and daily surgical operations. Drive Excellence: Oversee safety, compliance, sterilization, and performance management programs. Shape Strategy: Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to hit organizational goals. Elevate Patient Care: Ensure smooth surgical experiences, from prep to recovery, while supporting the highest standards of safety. What You Bring: 3+ years of outpatient surgical experience with management or supervisory responsibility. Expertise in sterile techniques and OR operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. CPR/AED required; ACLS preferred. Nursing license preferred but not required. Requirements Strong management competencies, including leadership, collaboration, negotiation, motivation, and conflict resolution. A thorough understanding of sterile techniques in operating room nursing. Familiarity with ophthalmic procedures and the ability to anticipate the surgeon's needs and ensure safe patient positioning. Knowledge of proper handling procedures for instruments, tissue specimens, cultures, and smears. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
