YOUR ROLE To work as AME (Assistant Maintenace Engineer) to ensure reliability, availability, and optimal performance of specialized production equipment. Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures and recurring technical issues. Monitor and optimize machine performance, industrial parameters, and maintenance efficiency. Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and productivity. Analyze maintenance data and recommend continuous improvement initiatives for process and equipment enhancement. Support equipment upgrades, modifications, installation, and commissioning activities. Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, checklists, and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards during all maintenance activities. Support spare parts management, vendor coordination, and maintenance planning activities. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE At least 5 years of working experience in equipment maintenance within manufacturing, semiconductor, automation, or industrial environments. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. Strong knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance methodologies. Experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems. Familiarity with PLC systems, industrial sensors, motors, drives, and industrial control systems. Experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, 5 Why, or Fishbone analysis. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to support 12HR shift work, standby duties, or overtime when required.
