Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world. tex Job Description Primary Responsibilities: Key responsibilities/essential functions include: • Ensure early focus on manufacturability in New Product Introduction (NPI), existing install base products and/or Advanced Technology programs. • Drive execution and rigor in process capability assessment, process layout, tooling and equipment development and design transfer activities in a regulated environment. • Ensure process capability and sustainability to achieve required customer demand. • Drive new technology and continuous product quality improvement by overseeing successful design transfer implementation into production. • Identify & lead implementation of robust solutions of current & future supply chain issues, such as problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment and product design. • Competently apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to improve the processes, impacted by design transfer activities. • Responsible for incorporating the technology roadmap with design transfer activities. • Support the design for test activities. • Drive AME initiatives across sites while providing business-wide impact and enabling sharing of best practices across the Global Supply Chain. • Ensure regulatory compliance through Qualification & Validation. Responsible for ensuring rigor in determining processes requiring validation, development of plans and analysis criteria, execution and final analysis and acceptance. Responsibilities
