Fluent in both speaking & writting in English More than 7 years of experience in Engineering Areas. More than 3 years of experience in aluminium casting, machining or assembly & testing operations. Proven track record in process development, lean manufacturing and continues improvement. Experience in automotive, aerospace or high volume/high quality manufacturing environments preffered. Strong knowledge of HPDC, LPDC, machining, leak test, assembly, end of line testing & image processing. Proficiency in CAD (Solidworks, Autocad or similar) Familiarity with GD&T, tolerence stack-up and statictical process control (SPC) Knowledge of lean tools (Kaizen , 5S, VSM) & problem solving methodologies (six sigma, shainin, etc.) Experience with PFMEA, control plans, work instructions, and APQP/PPAP requirements. Hands-on knowledge of tooling, fixturing, automation & robotics. Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skilss. Ability to lead cross funtional teams Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interface with suppliers and customers. Strong Project management skillls, able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work on the shop floor and closely support production. Knowledge of EHS regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
