JOB SUMMARY:

The Amenities Concierge team will provide a high standard of service to our residents and their guests within the amenity spaces at South Quay Plaza.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serving residents, guests, and visitors soft and alcoholic drinks
• Assisting / demonstrating to them how to use the self-service drinks machines (For example wine machines, coffee machines, beer taps)
• Clearing and cleaning tables / areas
• Re stocking of drinks and drinks machines
• Monitoring and maintaining high standards
• Opening and closing venues/amenities
• Bookings management
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and food hygiene
• Hosting and providing service at resident events
• Using our IT systems
• Receiving deliveries including wine, beer kegs, soft drinks, snacks etc.
• Assisting residents in using equipment as required – for example within the screening room
• Processing & reconciling payments
• Stock management and administration
• Working with your line manager to ensure we remain conscious of budgets
• May be required to assist other departments such as Concierge
• Any other duties as reasonably required

THE ROLE AND THE BENEFITS:

• Shift Pattern vary between 7:00am and 11:30pm. All shifts will be for a total of 8,5 hours per shift with 30-min paid break. The total amount of paid hours per week will be 42,5 hours, 5 shifts per week.
