Overview IT Contracts Management, Training Management and IT Management of ADC. Responsibilities IT Contract Management Lead the IT contract management process of America Data Center. Analyze and oversee the IT contract management module in the IT service platform, manage database and communicate with vendors regarding customized functions. Evaluate and monitor the information accuracy and effectiveness of IT contracts, communicate with stakeholders. Implement the process of invoices processing of ADC to ensure timely payment and reduce risk. Training Management Identify and evaluate training needs of ADC. Develop ADC training plan and communicate with stakeholders. Execute ADC training plan and manage the progress. IT Management Manage the ADC’s consultant management process. Analyze and monitor the consultant budget execution. Analyze and update staffing reports and org chart on a monthly basis for Management review. Manage and response to requests and meetings for IT senior management and committees, including IT Committee, ADC Senior Management and ADC Technical Solution Assessment Team. Manage and execute the attendance adjustment requests for exempt employees of ADC. Compliance Understand, comply with and monitor the activities, if necessary, of all applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science required; Master's preferred Minimum 2 years of Office Administration experience Demonstrate knowledge in Common computer operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Banking business, and IT quality assurance Pay Range Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications. USD $42,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
