Assisting in developing, updating and maintaining the Firm's global accounting policies At least 6 years of experience; at least 4 years in public accounting is preferred Undergraduate degree in Accounting (or equivalent) and CPA license Financial Services/Banking/Capital Markets industry experience is a plus Knowledge and experience with accounting topics in the areas of lending, financial instruments, M&A, and revenue recognition from contracts with customers is beneficial Confidence interacting with senior management across and outside of the Finance Division Strong analytic, writing, oral and presentation skills, including ability to summarize complex issues and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity Proven track record of working with teams and ability to work across organizational boundaries Ability to work effectively individually, escalate as necessary, and collaborate in a team environment Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint Eager to utilize AI tools, experience is a plus Minimal to None We have a track record of innovation and passion for unlocking new opportunities, we help our clients raise, manage and allocate capital. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $205,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
