DESCRIPTION

As an analytical expert on the Retail Fulfillment Operations team, you’ll transform complex datasets into impactful business insights with a blend of creativity, technical prowess, and strategic focus. You will spearhead data-driven efforts, crafting sophisticated models and interactive visualizations to illuminate the dynamics of our Retail supply chain. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand domain-specific requirements, applying data science to uncover insights, drive informed decision-making, and implement automation initiatives that enhance team efficiency by eliminating non-value-added tasks.. Communicate findings in relatable terms to senior leadership, highlighting business impact and guiding strategic choices. Navigate ambiguity with ease in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to deliver innovative business analytics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in advanced analytics, with a track record of leveraging data science and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Proficiency in using Python and business intelligence software to drive analytics initiatives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML technologies with a passion for uncovering insights and storytelling through data.
• Comfortable articulating technical concepts in business-friendly language to secure buy-in and drive change.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Snowflake) and visualization tools like Tableau or ThoughtSpot.
• Thrives in collaborative settings, leveraging interpersonal skills to forge strong partnerships across diverse teams.
• A proactive problem-solver capable of delivering end-to-end project solutions in a highly collaborative, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong curiosity for understanding business needs and translating them into tangible analytical outputs that lead to meaningful impact.
