Description SUMMARY Represent Toyota Material Handling Systems in all aftermarket activities East of Atlanta territory. Provide superior customer satisfaction by providing unique, innovative solutions with the customer needs in mind at all times. JOB DESCRIPTION Attend all deliveries of new and used Toyota Forklifts being shipped within your territory Introducing the customer to Toyota Forklifts of Atlanta and what we have to offer in terms of business solutions Promote Service Programs tailored to match the needs of each respective customer Promote Toyota Genuine Parts sales and Star-Lift Parts sales to competitive brand users within your territory Promote rental business within your territory. Promote Fleet Management Services where beneficial Define Target Accounts and Measure performance towards those Target Accounts Requirements SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES CSS Representatives must possess their own clean, safe vehicle to conduct business Honesty and integrity are an absolute must for a CSS Representative A desire to meet or exceed customers’ expectations is essential to a CSS Representative Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are necessary CSS Representatives have an ability to interact with all departments within our dealership CSS Representatives will need to manage conflict and possess solid Negotiation Skills CSS Representatives will need to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook CSS Representatives will always dress professionally and appropriately CSS Representatives will generate growth in the areas of Parts, Service and Rental within their territory WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 3+ years’ experience in Material Handling Equipment or Industrial Sales preferred EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Must have a current unrestricted driver’s license WORK CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
