As a Registration Associate, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate shareholder records, performing account setup and static data maintenance, and ensuring full compliance with Ireland AML/CTF regulations. What You’ll Do Perform account setup and static data maintenance on shareholder registers. Deliver high-quality, accurate work that meets client and regulatory requirements. Conduct quality control reviews of transactions and client correspondence. Ensure all client deliverables and deadlines are consistently achieved. Escalate issues promptly and professionally where required. Maintain awareness of key Transfer Agency risk and fraud controls. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). Strong attention to detail and commitment to getting work right first time. A client-focused mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
