Description

Lead Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and maintain effective risk and control frameworks.
Identify, assess, monitor, and escalate operational risks.
Support the development of risk conduct across Global Markets and ensure alignment with internal policies.
Provide oversight of open risks across Markets and Business & Client Solutions.
Manage risk incidents, including reporting, regulatory escalations, and timely risk event management.
Perform risk assessments for ad hoc events and support the evaluation and escalation of risk profiles to relevant forums.
Support audit activities, including audit preparation and responding to audit requests.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Support operational risk processes, including business continuity, access governance, and third-party risk management.
Support the implementation of policies and procedures into business-as-usual operations.
Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Risk teams, and other key stakeholders to strengthen risk management practices
