◆業務内容 AMOコンサルタント企業における基幹系レガシーシステムに対するモダナイゼーションと最適化(AMO：Application Modernization & Optimization)を推進する。現行システムの現状を評価し、最適なマイグレーション手法を検討し、マイグレーション計画の立案を担当します。 ◆役割・期待・基幹系レガシーシステム（ホスト系も含む）刷新プロジェクトにおける検討支援などのコンサルティング案件に配属されます。・現行システムを調査し、リスクやコスト、期間等を考慮しながら、お客様と共に最適なマイグレーション手法を検討・選定し、現実的なマイグレーション計画を立案する業務を担います。・また、実行フェーズにおいてはPMOとして推進役を担います。 AMOエンジニア企業における基幹系レガシーシステムに対するモダナイゼーションと最適化(AMO：Application Modernization & Optimization)を推進する。現行システムの現状を評価し、最適なマイグレーション手法を検討し、マイグレーション計画の立案を担当します。 ◆役割・期待・AMO案件における現状評価（Discovery）フェーズにおいて、各種ツールを活用しながら機能棚卸しや、複雑性の評価などを担当します。・また、実行フェーズにおいてはCOBOLからJavaへの変換作業や変換後の現新比較検証などの実行作業を担います。以下①②のご経験をすべてお持ちの方 ①Javaを用いた開発経験2年以上 ②マイグレーション経験1年以上以下①②③いずれかのご経験がある方 ①レガシーモダナイ経験2年以上 ②クラウド基盤構築経験2年以上 ③AI駆動開発経験半年以上 Japan_SoftwareengineeringJapan_Technologyall About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale. Responsibilities

Drive the modernization and optimization of legacy core systems by evaluating current states and planning migration strategies. Act as a PMO during execution or perform technical conversion tasks from COBOL to Java.
