AMO Technician Would you to be part of a team responsible for maintenance and repair tools? Join our Artificial Lift Team We are the leader in well construction and production. We are a cross functional team and the required maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment according to Baker Hughes strategies. Partner with the best As an Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul Technician you will troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform the visual inspection of mechanical assemblies. Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, you will perform all test with minimal instruction. You will provide technical support across the business whilst complying with HS&E policies. As an AMO Technician, you will be responsible for: Performing mechanical assembly, maintenance, and overhaul on Electrical Submersible Pumps Working to pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices and quality standards. Assisting in incident investigations, troubleshooting, and diagnosing equipment issues. Assisting in the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality. Overseeing pre-job checks and basic onsite maintenance to ensure safety and reliability of equipment Operating and troubleshooting production machines to ensure reliability, safety and delivery Reading and interpreting blueprints, assembly prints and parts lists, and following procedures and maintenance practices Using measurement and gauging equipment and processes to solder and assemble mechanical devices Following internal HSE policies to ensure safety and compliance. Following and maintaining assembly records and communications to ensure compliance and regulations are followed Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a high school diploma or equivalent Demonstrate good experience in a maintenance environment Be able to use measurement methods and handling measurement tools Have good computer skills and the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Be well organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks Be available to work overtime and on-call/weekend as needed Demonstrate proficient computer skills, including in Microsoft Office applications Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
