Description

* Assistant Manager – Power BI within the Tax Technology team, responsible for delivering enterprise-grade business intelligence and analytics solutions. * Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of Power BI dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics capabilities. * Work closely with business stakeholders to convert reporting and analytical requirements into scalable Power BI solutions. * Design and manage robust data models using star and snowflake schema methodologies to support complex reporting scenarios. * Develop advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs, and aggregated tables to drive business insights. * Perform data extraction, transformation, and preparation using Power Query (M) from multiple structured and unstructured data sources. * Manage Power BI Service environments, including workspace administration, report deployment, refresh scheduling, user access management, and security configurations. * Ensure implementation of data governance, best practices, and Row-Level Security (RLS) standards across reporting solutions. * Optimize report performance through efficient data modeling, DAX tuning, and large dataset management techniques. * Support integration with enterprise data platforms such as SQL Server, Azure Data Services, SharePoint, APIs, and Microsoft Fabric. * Act as a subject matter expert for Power BI and analytics initiatives while mentoring junior team members and driving reporting excellence across the organization.
