Apple Media Products (AMP) is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Fraud Investigator to safeguard its digital ecosystem, protect revenue, and preserve customer trust. This role involves proactive identification of complex fraud patterns and emerging threats, moving beyond reactive detection. DESCRIPTION As a Senior Fraud Investigator, you’ll be a key strategic partner in the AMP Fraud investigation team. You’ll shape our approach to fraud mitigation and ensure Apple’s purchasing experience is secure. Your responsibilities include strategic analysis, team development, and cross-functional collaboration. Your deep-dive analysis of large data sets will protect Apple’s assets and inform proactive strategies that enhance the security and trustworthiness of our platforms for legitimate customers. You’ll communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive impactful changes that directly contribute to revenue protection and a positive customer experience. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3-5 years of current, hands-on experience in AMP Fraud investigation or a similar high-volume digital fraud environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex fraud concepts, provide strategic recommendations, and influence cross-functional partners. Self-motivated and independent worker, adept at managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives with minimal supervision. Experience leading, mentoring, and developing Fraud Investigators to create a high-performing and collaborative team. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated strategic thinking and holistic analysis, linking individual fraud trends to broader business implications and revenue impact. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of transforming large, complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Expertise in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and Python for data manipulation, reporting, scripting, and automation is preferred. Experience with fraud detection and data visualisation tools like Splunk, Tableau, or similar platforms.
