The B Side: Skills & Experience As the Content Intern, you’ll work closely with the Creative Director and Content team - the hub for all things moving image from music video to visualisers to social content and live performance. A day in the life of a content intern could look like: shooting and editing highly engaging content, assisting with coordinating shoots, developing moodboards for projects, overseeing artist styling fittings, communicating with external collaborators, carrying out important administrative work to ensure the studio runs smoothly, scouring social media for interesting creative work and future collaborators and more. No two days are the same and this role requires you to be both creative and organised. Be Creative Capture, edit, and craft bold, social-first content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — from behind-the-scenes moments and live sessions to dynamic artist interviews and campaign rollouts. Be a proficient and creative user of all video and image making software video assets using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and CapCut. Research fresh visual, fashion, and cultural trends to help shape creative direction and keep ideas ahead of the curve. Dive into emerging content trends, formats, and storytelling styles to help shape creative direction and keep our visuals fresh, relevant, and scroll-stopping. Research and build lists of exciting new creatives to collaborate with, from photographers and stylists to designers and directors. Build and maintain dynamic decks, creative references, and inspiring mood boards that bring ideas to life and sell creative concepts. Assist with developing high-quality visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Miro. Support creative reviews and help prepare polished presentation materials for internal and artist meetings. Assist with hands-on production support, from sourcing unique props to coordinating logistics and ensuring shoots run smoothly. Be Administrative Support the Creative Director and Senior Content team with diary management, scheduling, and coordinating meetings. Support with project workflows, update contact databases, and day-to-day content organisation. Raise POs, track budgets, and support supplier payments through Uniport (UMG supplier payment system)t. Collate and distribute campaign materials (video assets, photos, decks, and content calendars) to relevant teams. Take clear, concise meeting notes and circulate timely follow-ups. Book couriers, bikes, and transport to support studio operations and production logistics. Maintain digital archives and shared folders, ensuring everything’s labelled, accessible, and easy to find. Be Collaborative Work closely with the Studio Island team and wider label departments to deliver high-quality content across all channels. Collaborate with directors, editors, photographers, and production teams to bring creative ideas to life. Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorms and creative reviews — your input will help shape campaigns. Communicate clearly and confidently with artist teams, managers, and external partners. Stay adaptable and solution-focused, helping the team problem-solve during fast-paced shoots and deadlines. Bring positive energy and initiative to every project, supporting a collaborative, open studio culture. Person Specification A visually driven thinker with curiosity, taste, and a genuine creative point of view. Culturally switched-on - you know what’s trending across music, social media, and digital culture, and how to turn those moments into engaging content. Hands-on with cameras and editing software, confident shooting and cutting dynamic short-form videos. Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) — with bonus points for experience in CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut. Organised, proactive, and detail-focused, able to balance creativity with the logistics that make great work happen.
