KALSOFT IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN AMPS IMPLEMENTATION & SUPPORT EXPERT TO COME AND JOIN OUR TEAM.

The ideal candidate will be based in Ontario (or at minimum, Canada) and have strong knowledge of Ontario’s Administrative Monetary Penalties System (AMPS) law, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting AMPS within enterprise applications. This role requires a combination of compliance knowledge, technical development expertise, and cloud platform experience to configure, integrate, and maintain AMPS solutions in line with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Gain and maintain a strong understanding of Ontario AMPS legislation (O. Reg. 333/07) and its application in enterprise systems
  • Identify gaps and differences between Ontario’s AMPS requirements and existing application processes (such as iProcess)
  • Implement, configure, and test changes to meet AMPS compliance requirements in iProcess and related systems
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for AMPS-enabled applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, legal/compliance teams, and business units to ensure correct application of AMPS policies
  • Integrate AMPS functionality within enterprise workflows and reporting systems
  • Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deployment, scaling, and secure operations
  • Apply full-stack development skills (JavaScript, .NET, C#, Java, HTML5, CSS3) to customize, extend, and support AMPS-related applications
  • Create and maintain documentation, technical specifications, and support guides for AMPS implementation
  • Deliver training or knowledge transfer sessions for internal users and administrators
