The AMS Project Coordinator assists the department within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company to deliver sales target.

  • Prepares AMS project reports for management and advises status on a regular basis.
  • Coordinates interdepartmental functions to minimize delays (Warehouse, Workshop, Logistics)
  • Answer to day-to-day customer request
  • Prepare internal reports on clients handling, inquiries/orders received, invoicing and delivery.
  • Evaluate and indicate the turnaround of answer according to customer request.
  • Coordinate communication with NCE&IG Branches.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
  • Establish active Hand-over and engage with all other departments for AMS project launch.
  • Interface with customer on all aspects of contract and technical requirements.
  • Anticipates potential schedule delays and initiates plans for alternative actions.
  • Ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifikationen:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Technical background is an advantage
  • Tenacity and a confident and persuasive self-starter with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Five years related manufacturing industry experience or After Sales Service
  • Strong project management, problem solving, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated originality and initiative.
  • Considerable flexibility of methods required to meet program goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations, customer service, and oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent MS Office application experience . SAP knowledge is an advantage
