We are seeking an AMS Transition Lead to manage the knowledge transfer and onboarding process for Oracle Utilities applications. This role will be responsible for coordinating discovery, documenting current state, and mobilizing resources.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years Oracle Utilities experience (CC&B, MDM, SOA).
  • Proven track record leading AMS transitions or KT projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery models.
Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery sessions and capture current-state documentation.
  • Oversee transition activities from incumbent provider.
  • Define staffing waves and coordinate onboarding of resources.
  • Serve as point of contact between client, delivery teams, and partners.
