Job Description At our Finland development centers in Oulu and Espoo, we are pioneering SoC MEMS+ASIC solutions for a diverse range of consumer and industrial applications. As an AMS Verification Summer Intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Learning and Contributing: Support the interdisciplinary team in developing mixed-signal ICs, from concept to implementation, for the consumer market. Verification Support: Assist in executing simulations at different abstraction levels (e.g., transistor, model, and top levels) to ensure design integrity. System Understanding: Learn about block and top-level requirements and how various tools are used in the design and verification process. Collaboration: Work closely with analog, digital, software, layout, verification, and test teams, gaining exposure to different aspects of IC development. Global Exposure: Communicate and collaborate within an international and globally distributed team of experts. Project-Based Learning: Potentially engage in a specific project related to AMS verification flows or analog IP development, guided by experienced engineers. Qualifications What We Look For: Education: Currently pursuing Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Personality: High level of enthusiasm, curiosity, creativity, and a strong willingness to learn and work as part of an international and interdisciplinary team. Work Ethic & Practice: Focused and structured working practices with a capability for independent work and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Technical Interest: Demonstrated interest in programming, analog circuit design, mixed-signal systems, and/or hardware description languages (e.g., Verilog-A, SystemVerilog, VHDL). Previous exposure to these areas through coursework or personal projects is a plus. Language Proficiency: Proficient written and spoken English language skills.
