How would an intern contribute to the team’s success: Assist in developing, optimizing, and implementing equipment reliability strategies that will maximize asset value creation, safe and compliant equipment operation, and controlled cost of ownership. An example of a typical project would be: You will most likely be given a manufacturing problem to solve and support for. This can include areas such as design engineering, optimization within key stakeholders, capital project scoping and support, or machine application. Required skills and background: Desired Major: Mechanical Engineer Desired Class Year: Sophomore Desired Skills: Agility and flexibility to learn, demonstrated proficiency of core ME principles and technologies, 3D modeling, hands-on machine building exposure, and influence without authority.
