We are looking for an analytic problem-solver who is willing to identify root causes and drive to solutions. Bringing in new talent to share alternate approaches, new skill sets, and challenge the status quo helps everyone grow together and deliver better results. An example of a typical project would be: Given the wide range of plants and products Amway manufactures, we will tailor the project to your unique set of experiences! Some project examples could include designing a new, optimized work center, experimenting with an improved cleaning method, identifying ways to reduce scrap/improve quality, automating a previously manual process, conducting time and material studies, or any other continuous improvement-oriented activities.
