• Current AHPRA Registration and a bachelor’s degree in nursing (essential)
• Previous experience working in Aged Care (essential)
• Previous experience with AN-ACC Funding
• Available to work Tuesday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm
• Proficiency in using various systems, including online care management programs
• Fully vaccinated for COVID 19 and the annual flu vaccination

YOUR NEW ROLE

We are currently looking for an AN-ACC Registered Nurse to join our clinical care teams on a Part time basis (Tuesday to Friday 30 hours).
We are leading the industry in driving our award winning ‘Better Together’ model and raising the quality of life for our residents and their families.
In this new role you will spend 2 days per week as an AN-ACC Nurse and the other 2 days per week will be working as a Registered Nurse on the floor.

WHAT DOES YOUR NEW ROLE LOOK LIKE?

• Delivering individualised clinical based nursing care to our residents
• Leading and mentoring care and clinical team members
• Conducting nursing assessments and developing care plans specific to the resident needs
• Providing an outstanding level of nursing advice and support to the resident and their relatives
• Developing supportive working relationships with fellow Nurses and treating Health Professionals to maintain the highest standards of care
