JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Controlling professional to lead our Accounting and Controlling team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for driving business excellence, ensuring accurate resource planning, and leading with authenticity in line with our WELEADBSH principles.

This is a key leadership position where you will inspire, coach, and develop team members, integrate them into decision-making processes, and actively contribute to a supportive and compliant workplace culture.

  • Lead Accounting and Controlling team functions including accounting, financial planning & analysis, audit, taxation and internal control.
  • Manage timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance to internal timeline and external statutory requirement.
  • Perform monthly business reviews, quarterly forecasts and annual business planning.
  • Steer financial performance with in-depth focus analysis and insightful recommendations.
  • Ensure company policies, regulations and internal controls are practically implemented, regularly reviewed, aware and adhered to.
  • Strive continuously for efficient and effective finance related processes and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety policies and actively participate in H&S initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and foster strong working relationships across the organisation.
