Job Summary: We are looking for a committed Senior Resident in Anesthesiology to assist in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care, emergency anesthesia services, and ICU management under the supervision of senior consultants. Key Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia for elective and emergency surgeries across various specialties. Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and post-operative rounds. Monitor patients during surgery and ensure optimal intra-operative care. Assist in the management of ICU and ventilated patients. Participate in on-call duties, code blue responses, and pain management services. Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia records and patient notes. Take part in academic sessions, departmental teaching, and clinical audits. Qualifications: MBBS + MD / DNB (Anesthesiology) from a recognized institution. Registered with MCI/NMC or the respective State Medical Council. Freshers and up to 3 years of post-PG experience can apply. Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in general, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia techniques Ability to handle emergencies and work in critical care environments Good communication and team collaboration Sound clinical judgment and decision-making ability Familiarity with anesthesia machines and ICU monitoring system
