Description
Roles & Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia services for OT cases (general, spinal, regional, etc.). Monitor and manage patients pre, intra, and post-surgery. Handle emergency and ICU critical care cases, including ventilator management and life-support systems. Perform pain management procedures where required. Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, and other consultants for safe operative and ICU care. Ensure strict adherence to patient safety protocols and medical documentation. Key Skills: Proficiency in general, spinal, and regional anesthesia techniques. Strong expertise in critical care management (ICU, ventilators, emergencies). Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
