This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista Administrativo Financeiro Pleno based in Brazil. This role is focused on supporting financial and administrative operations within a collaborative and technology-driven environment. You will contribute to maintaining accurate processes, organized financial controls, and efficient daily operations. Main responsibilities include: Supporting daily financial operations and administrative activities. Reviewing and entering financial information into internal systems. Maintaining and updating controls, reports, and operational processes. Supporting monthly financial closing activities and account reconciliations. Assisting with cash flow routines and financial organization. Providing administrative support across internal processes and business needs. Supporting the finance manager with daily requests and operational priorities. Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and increase process efficiency. Requirements: The ideal candidate has previous experience in administrative and financial routines, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Required qualifications include: Previous experience in administrative and/or finance roles. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace tools, including spreadsheets, documents, and presentations. Experience using financial systems; ERP knowledge is considered a plus. Understanding of cash flow, reconciliations, and financial processes. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Ability to manage high volumes of activities and prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills for collaboration with different teams.
