Como Analista Administrativo Pleno (Faturamento), você será responsável pelo processo de faturamento dos clientes da área de Manutenção e também pelo atendimento e suporte interno às áreas que demandam revisão e refaturamento. Responsabilidades Responsável por demandas operacionais de atendimento ao cliente nos assuntos relacionados a faturamento e impostos retidos; Realizar atendimento de demandas de clientes – Privado e Público - e rede credenciada sobre aplicação. Retificação e esclarecimentos sobre aplicação de impostos (PIS, COFINS, CSLL, ISS e IRRF); Atendimento aos gestores de Frota através de todos os canais de comunicação; Rotina de relatórios diários; Relacionamento junto ao time de consultores de campo; Apoio para as demais áreas da Plataforma de operações. Requisitos Graduação completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Direito ou áreas correlatas; Experiência profissional na área financeira e administrativa; Conhecimento nos pacotes MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Conhecimento sobre faturamento ou área financeira; Perfil orientado ao cliente; Ter boa comunicação e demonstrar pró-atividade; Conhecimento em inglês será considerado um diferencial.
