O que você vai fazer Garantir a execução correta e apropriada do sistema de gestão da qualidade no Serviço Técnico, de acordo com os requisitos corporativos e normas vigentes, sob orientação da Garantia da Qualidade Global Serviço Técnico O que você estará fazendo Garantir a implementação de procedimentos e políticas, incluindo as pertinentes ao Sistema da Qualidade, Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente. na área de Serviços Técnicos e prestadores de serviços aprovados. Auxiliar e responder às visitas externas recebidas e solicitações dos distribuidores fornecendo as informações correspondentes Acompanhamento da execução das ações corretivas de campo aplicáveis. Avaliar a eficácia das ações corretivas e/ou preventivas realizadas, até a conclusão do processo. Garantir que os documentos utilizados nas áreas estão atualizados e organizados, em conformidade com as boas práticas de documentação. Realizar inspeções das atividades do Serviço Técnico e disponibilizar os resultados para melhoria de performance do Time. Ser facilitador e manter follow up das reclamações abertas para o serviço técnico. Ser facilitador e manter follow up das RNCs abertas para o serviço técnico. Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com as necessidades da área como projetos de melhoria contínua. Zelar pelos equipamentos, recursos e materiais sob sua responsabilidade e pelo ambiente de trabalho. Suporte (back up) de funções de qualidade no resto da região para o Serviço Técnico LATAM O que você vai trazer Formação Técnica ou Superior em Elétrica/ Eletrônica / Mecatrônica / Engenharia / Administração. Sólida experiência na área de qualidade Conhecimentos específicos para o desempenho das funções do cargo: Conhecimento geral de sistemas de gestão da qualidade, como: ISO 9001, ISO 13485, Boas Práticas de Fabricação. Responsibilities

Ensure the correct execution of the quality management system in the Technical Service according to corporate requirements and current standards. Monitor quality indicators and assist in the implementation of procedures and policies related to quality, health, safety, and the environment.
