Job Description Acompanhar o processo completo de importação, desde a emissão da fatura até a entrega no Centro de distribuição do material para uso, verificando a documentação envolvida de acordo com as políticas da cia e legislação local. Interagir com fornecedores estrangeiros e locais para troca de informações inerentes aos processos de importação, de acordo com o negociado por compras ou o negócio. Acompanhamento junto ao financeiro para pagamentos das despesas de Comércio Exterior. Controle de recebimento de cargas importadas para geração do recebimento fiscal dentro do Sistema de Comércio Exterior. Qualifications Inglês avançado; Conhecimento de Incoterms; Compreensão do processo operacional marítimo, aéreo e de transporte rodoviário; Conhecimento dos procedimentos junto a ANVISA é um diferencial; Additional Information Possuir conhecimento e aptidão para utilização de PowerBI; Aptidão para melhoria contínua de processos; Conhecimento na área de logística nacional e internacional; Modelo de trabalho Hibrido: 4 dias de Home office e 1 dia presencial. Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end import process from invoice issuance to final delivery while ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation. Coordinate with foreign and local suppliers and the finance department to manage payments and fiscal receipt control.
