Job Description Buscamos um(a) Analista Sênior em ABM (Account-Based Marketing), que será responsável por desenhar e executar estratégias de marketing direcionadas a contas-chave, fortalecendo o relacionamento com clientes estratégicos e impulsionando resultados de negócios. Responsabilidades: Criar e manter perfis detalhados de contas-alvo (Ideal Customer Profile - ICP); Planejar e executar campanhas de ABM em diferentes níveis; Desenvolver conteúdos personalizados para cada etapa da jornada de compra; Trabalhar em parceria com os times de vendas, produto e customer success; Monitorar KPIs de campanhas ABM e gerar insights para otimização contínua; Utilizar ferramentas de automação, CRM e inteligência de dados para segmentação e personalização; Participar da definição de estratégias de entrada em contas estratégicas; Gerenciar fornecedores e parceiros envolvidos nas ações de ABM; Irá atuar com diversos projetos dado ao atendimento há aproximadamente 20 contas. Qualifications Formação superior em Marketing, Comunicação, Administração ou áreas correlatas; Experiência comprovada com estratégias de ABM em empresas B2B; Domínio de ferramentas como HubSpot, Salesforce, MarketingCloud, entre outras; Conhecimento de ferramentas de inteligência de contas / mapeamento de contatos; Habilidade em análise de dados e métricas de performance; Inglês intermediário dado ao contato com os clientes internacionais; Ter atuado em vertical será um diferencial; Facilidade de entendimento do mercado; Criatividade dado a personalização; Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal. Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst in ABM will design and execute marketing strategies targeted at key accounts, strengthening relationships with strategic clients and driving business results. Responsibilities include creating detailed profiles of target accounts, planning and executing ABM campaigns, and monitoring campaign KPIs for continuous optimization.
