Job Description Sobre esta posicion Este puesto planifica, supervisa y controla las actividades operativas, apoyando los procesos mediante indicadores de gestión. Identifica y corrige problemas operativos y desviaciones de los planes de producción, proponiendo acciones de mejora. Responsabilidades Atender a los clientes, comprendiendo sus necesidades y garantizando su satisfacción. Entender las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes. Visitar regularmente a los clientes para hacer seguimiento del uso de los servicios y evaluar nuevas necesidades, con el fin de garantizar la satisfacción y la calidad de la prestación de servicios; Impartir capacitaciones sobre las soluciones, así como aclarar dudas, según la solicitud del cliente (presencialmente o por teléfono); Entender los problemas y las oportunidades de los negocios en forma de requisitos y recomendar soluciones que mejor se adapten a las necesidades del cliente; Elaborar documentos de especificación de proyectos relativos a las nuevas funcionalidades; Acompañar los procesos de información, junto con todas las áreas involucradas, así como toda solicitud del cliente, desde el inicio hasta la entrega; Realizar actividades internas de registro de productos, fuerza de ventas y perfiles de acceso a las soluciones; Analizar la información de sell-out y stock de los socios de distribución. Qualifications Graduado en Administración de Empresas, Gestión de Proyectos o Marketing. Experiencia en atención y análisis de datos; Microsoft Excel y PowerPoint intermedio; Inglés y/o español avanzado/fluido. Deseables: Experiencia en industrias; Buena comunicación y redacción.
