• Continuous monitoring of client infrastructure and platforms.
• Handling of medium and high complexity incidents and requests across various platforms.
• Support and administration of event orchestrators across multiple platforms.
• Platform administration and execution of complex operational tasks.
  What we need to see from you:
  Profile: Technician/Technologist or professional in Systems, Electronics, Software, or related fields with experience in the operation, monitoring, and support of medium to high complexity platforms.
