JOB DESCRIPTION Realizar, planejar, analisar, gerir, conduzir processos de recrutamento e selecao, dinamicas, relatorios, levantamentos, pesquisas de mercado, indicadores, eventos, controles, atendimentos, avaliacoes, gestao de treinamentos, atendimento, suporte a gestores e demais rotinas na area de recursos humanos. Atualizar os Organogramas; Criar, disseminar e atualizar Politicas e Procedimentos Corporativos e de RH; Dar suporte em viagens nacionais e internacionais de colaboradores; Aplicar pesquisa de clima; Dar suporte na criacao do Plano de Cargos e Salarios; Criar parcerias, fazer a divulgacao e gestao do Clube de Vantagens; Garantir a operacionalidade do sistema de gestao dos treinamentos e procedimentos obrigatorios conforme as normas trabalhistas e diretrizes da empresa; Gestao e Conducao dos processos de Reclamacao e Investigacao da empresa; Executar outras tarefas correlatas.
