Job Description Objetivo da Posição O Analista de Risco Financeiro é responsável por identificar, avaliar, monitorizar e mitigar riscos associados aos processos financeiros e aos controlos internos da instituição. A função assegura a eficácia dos mecanismos de controlo financeiro, o cumprimento das normas regulamentares e políticas internas, e a prevenção de perdas financeiras, fraudes e falhas operacionais. O analista atua em colaboração com as áreas de Risco, Finanças, Conformidade, Operações e Auditoria, contribuindo para uma gestão integrada do risco financeiro e operacional. Responsabilidades Responsabilidades Principais Identificar e avaliar riscos nos processos financeiros e operacionais, garantindo a adequação dos controlos existentes. Avaliar a eficácia dos controlos financeiros internos e recomendar melhorias. Monitorizar indicadores de risco e eventos de perdas operacionais. Apoiar a implementação e acompanhamento de planos de mitigação de riscos. Assegurar o cumprimento das normas regulamentares, políticas internas e requisitos de controlo financeiro. Realizar análises de tendências e análises de causa raiz sobre falhas de controlo, perdas ou incidentes. Preparar relatórios de risco e controlo financeiro para a gestão e comités relevantes. Colaborar com Finanças, Operações, Conformidade e Auditoria Interna na gestão de riscos e controlos. Apoiar auditorias internas e externas e acompanhar a implementação de recomendações. Promover a cultura de risco e controlo junto das áreas de negócio. Requisitos Conhecimento sólido de gestão de risco operacional e frameworks de controlo interno. Experiência com avaliação e monitorização de riscos financeiros e operacionais. Familiaridade com requisitos regulamentares, normas contabilísticas e políticas internas. Capacidade de realizar análises de tendências, indicadores de risco (KRIs) e análises de causa raiz. Competências fortes de comunicação verbal e escrita. Capacidade de interação eficaz com diferentes níveis hierárquicos e áreas de negócio. Qualificações e Experiência Licenciatura em Finanças, Gestão de Risco, Economia, Contabilidade ou áreas afins.
