Sobre a função: A Alcoa está buscando por Analista de Segurança Patrimonial Pleno para integrar a Unidade de Juruti/PA e atuar especificamente no time de Segurança. Nesta posição, você será responsável por fiscalizar, controlar e garantir a operacionalização das atividades de Segurança. As principais responsabilidades da função incluem: Identificar oportunidades, planejar e propor projetos voltados à melhoria contínua dos processos e sistemas de segurança; Elaborar e revisar procedimentos e políticas de Segurança, garantindo alinhamento com normas internas e legislação vigente; Gerenciar e acompanhar indicadores e prazos, assegurando a efetividade das ações de segurança; Fiscalizar as atividades em campo, garantindo conformidade com procedimentos e normas estabelecidas; Realizar análises de risco operacionais e estruturais, identificando vulnerabilidades e propondo medidas preventivas. O que você pode oferecer para a função: Formação superior completa em Gestão de Segurança, Administração, Sistema de Informação ou afins; Curso de Segurança Portuária da CONPORTOS será considerado um diferencial; Experiência em Segurança Empresarial (Security); Experiência com comunidades tradicionais da Amazônia será considerado um diferencial; Conhecimento de Pacote Office e Power BI; Perfil analítico, forte habilidade interpessoal e de liderança para atuação estratégica e colaborativa.
