Job Description
Gestionar los residuos generados en la construcción y explotación de los Centros de Datos. Esto incluye la elaboración de programas de gestión de residuos, el mantenimiento de registros actualizados, la validación de permisos medioambientales, la celebración de reuniones de seguimiento, la realización de inspecciones medio ambientales, la gestión de las desviaciones registradas y la garantía del cumplimiento de los requisitos medioambientales por parte de contratistas y subcontratistas. Además, será responsable de impartir formación sobre integración medioambiental. Elaborar programas de gestión de residuos específicos de esta área, realizar campañas de sensibilización medioambiental, gestionar plataformas de requisitos legales y registros de desviaciones, realizar seguimientos específicos (como el de humos negros) y participar en reuniones de mantenimiento y planificación de proyectos. Responsable como punto focal en el proceso de certificación LEED, llevando a cabo la interfaz entre la consultora LEED y los contratistas y partes interesadas de la empresa
