REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with 24/7 monitoring of platforms and infrastructure.
• Experience executing basic procedures in orchestrators such as OpCon.
• Experience handling low-complexity incidents and service requests.
• Experience reviewing and managing backups.
• Experience with event correlation and alert generation, including timely notification of failures and incidents.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, Windows servers, databases, and Office 365.
• Use of management tools and audit reporting systems.

• Notification of alerts and incidents to administrators
• Attention to incidents and requirements of low level or complexity in the different platforms.
• Review of the status of the backups of the platforms to be managed.
• Report backup failures to platform administrators.
• Identify alerts and incidents that may be related to each other.
• Generate Customer Alert Notifications.
• knowledge transfer
