We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Partner Administrator based in Boticario Louveira to join CEVA Logistics Limitada within the HR Partnership department, specialising in logistics human resources. This role is integral to our HR Generalist division and focuses on delivering comprehensive HR support tailored to operational needs within the organisation. Role Overview:As a Human Resources Partner Administrator, you will act as a key liaison between management and employees, ensuring human resources initiatives align with business objectives. Your expertise will support employee relations, policy implementation, and administrative HR functions essential to fostering a positive work environment and supporting organisational growth. Key Responsibilities: Partner with department heads to understand business needs and provide strategic HR solutions. Manage employee lifecycle activities including recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance evaluations, and offboarding processes. Deliver accurate and timely HR administration, including maintenance of records, HRIS data entry, and compliance with labour laws and company policies. Support employee engagement initiatives, ensuring open communication and promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect. Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to leaders and employees. Coordinate training and development opportunities, facilitating continuous professional growth. Assist in conflict resolution and employee relations matters, promoting a collaborative workplace environment. Drive process improvements in HR workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Candidate Profile: Proven experience in a human resources generalist or administrative role within a logistics or fast-paced operational environment. Strong knowledge of HR principles, labour legislation, and payroll processes relevant to the Brazilian context and operational times. Excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities with attention to detail. Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality with high ethical standards. Demonstrated aptitude for building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
