Job Description Translatable Rich Text This position requires working on-site 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina. What you will do (Responsibilities): -PDA Group activities related - Drive continuous improvement and innovation (e.g., streamline processes, enhance data analysis) - Develop and utilize financial analysis tools to proactively assess financial performance and business risk. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of how group liquidation works and how it impacts the Income Statement and Cash Flow. - Effectively communicate financial performance and analysis findings to Financial Leadership and key business partners. - Assist with ad hoc projects as needed. - Prepare the reporting package for the monthly operational review and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), selecting the most effective presentation method for the audience. - Proactively seek growth opportunities (e.g., develop new skills, attend training opportunities, network, provide feedback) Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Public Accountant degree is a plus). Minimum 2-3 year of experience in audit, finance, or accounting roles. Intermediate English level. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI. Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site) in Vicente López, Buenos Aires. What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications): Previous experience in a large Accounting Firm / Big 4 as an auditor. Knowledge of programming languages, data tools, or database management. Strong analytical skills. Ability to adapt to change and work with flexibility. Team-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills. This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}. This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
